我院最近收治一例肾上腺皮质激素引起脊椎压缩性骨折并截瘫的病人,现报告如下。男,47岁,住院号92341,因全身关节疼痛12年,不能站立2天,于1984年4月11日车推入院。患者72年9月起全身大小关节游走性疼痛;74年双指关节变形,活动受限,在地方医院诊断为“类风湿性关节炎”,给予强的松30～40mg/日治疗,症状逐渐好转。82年病情稳定逐渐减量至强的松10mg/日。后因感冒,关节疼痛复发于83年4月改服地塞米松4.5mg/日持续至今。用药过程中先后合并胃溃疡穿孔、体癣、高血压(180/120mmHg)、糖尿病(尿糖++,均经对症治疗症状控制。83年10月起四肢肌力减退。84年2月受凉后背部疼痛,胸部呈束带状压迫感伴少许咳嗽咯痰,双下肢肌无力加重,需扶杖行走。4月9
