采用程序控温动态分析方法,并辅之以红外分析手段,探讨了不同合成工艺所得聚醚醚酮样品的结构特征.考察了探针分子苯在不同样品上的程序升温解吸(TPD)行为,并与红外分析结果相比较,结果发现:对于不同合成工艺所得的PEEK样品,虽然其红外谱图极为相似.但在分子结构方面仍有一定差异;利用程序控温动态分析方法,可针对这一差异给出有意义的信息,而这些具有理论和实用价值的信息是红外分析方法无法或很难得到的.
Using the method of temperature control dynamic analysis, supplemented by infrared analysis, the structural characteristics of polyetheretherketone samples obtained by different synthetic processes were discussed. The temperature programmed desorption (TPD) behavior of probe benzene on different samples was investigated and compared with the results of infrared analysis. The results showed that the infrared spectra of PEEK samples synthesized by different synthetic processes were very similar. However, there are still some differences in the molecular structure. By using the program temperature-controlled dynamic analysis method, meaningful information can be given according to the difference, and the information with theoretical and practical value can not or hardly be obtained by the infrared analysis method.
