随着旅游业的发展,酒店需要大量酒店管理专业人才,而旅游、酒店管理实习生却大量流失,造成酒店业供需不平衡。本文从马斯洛需求层次理论出发,深入探讨酒店实习生的心理诉求,对实习生流失原因进行分析,提出了一些建议,希望能够调动实习生积极性,提高对酒店业兴趣,从而降低流失率。
With the development of tourism, hotels require a large number of hotel management professionals, while tourism, hotel management trainees have a substantial loss, resulting in imbalance between supply and demand of the hotel industry. Based on Maslow ’s theory of hierarchy of needs, this article discusses in depth the psychological appeals of hotel intern trainees, analyzes the causes of the trainees’ losses, and puts forward some suggestions in the hope of mobilizing the enthusiasm of trainees and increasing their interest in the hotel industry so as to reduce the turnover rate.
