描述了本钢薄板坯连铸生产超低碳钢所用钢水在炼钢与精炼的生产实践,对不同的精炼工艺路线进行了对比,提出优化出的LF+RH精炼工艺路线,稳定地控制了钢中的[C]、[N]、[Si]等难控元素,大大减少了钢水二次氧化现象,提高了钢水的纯净度,钢水的可浇性好,可实现多炉连浇。
