一、我国职业经理人跳槽的现状民营企业职业经理人的跳槽问题是当今民营企业所关注的一个热点问题。职业经理人在我国属于一个新兴的阶层,但近几年来,职业经理人跳槽现象已成了十分普遍的现象,这令民营企业家(主)们十分头疼。因此,研究职业经理人为何跳槽,进而制定相应措施约束职业经理人的跳槽行为,就显得十分必要。
