对３ 个苹果品种的二倍体和２ 个苹果品种三倍体叶肉细胞超微结构的观察发现，三倍体细胞超微结构与二倍体明显不同。三倍体细胞、细胞核、线粒体、叶绿体的膜结构多存在一定程度的损伤，细胞叶绿体片层膜或者肿胀，或者表现稀疏。结构与功能存在的对应关系，说明与二倍体相比，苹果三倍体单个细胞的功能可能发生了相应的变化
Observations on the ultrastructure of triploid mesophyll cells from three apple cultivars and two apple cultivars showed that the ultrastructure of triploid cells differed significantly from the diploid.
