PI3K-Akt-mTOR signaling pathway plays an important role in tumorigenesis, development, treatment and prognosis. This pathway involves multiple genes and can lead to aberrant pathway activation when proto-oncogene activation or tumor suppressor gene inactivation leads to the formation of tumors. Studies have shown that this pathway is often abnormally activated in breast cancer. Different subtypes of breast cancer, the pathway and related gene expression levels are different. In this paper, the mechanism of abnormal activation of PI3K-Akt-mTOR signaling pathway and the expression of its key genes involved in different subtypes of breast cancer and its mechanism of action are reviewed in this paper, in order to diagnose and treat breast cancer of different subtypes And prognosis to provide a reference.
