为实现省委省政府提出的实现旅游产业的跨越式发展,到2005年使旅游业收入占我省 GDP 的8%,我们组织了专家、学者赴乐山、眉山、宜宾、泸州、德阳等市、地对旅游业发展的现状、问题进行了诃研。通过调研,专家们认为,切实采取措施,实施精品战略,做好四川旅游对外宣传促销,是当前发展四川旅游首先应该抓好的一项工作。一、要提高对实施旅游精品战略的认识。首先,精品旅游景区、景点必须组织起来,才能更好地进行市场开发。因此,有关地方政府和景区、景点必须打破地方封锁和保护主义,才能实现精品线路的整体形象完善,使精品景区、景点真正发挥组合优势。其次,旅客对精品旅游景区(点、线路)具有广泛的认同感,市场潜力大,并有利于形成四川旅游的拳头产品,树立四川旅游的良好形象。因此,抓精品旅游线路(景区)促销与市场开发,投资小、见效快。省旅游局应将我省的九寨沟、黄龙、三星堆、都江堰、青城山、乐山大佛、峨眉山、蜀南竹海等旅游景区(景点)统一组合
