对三所全托机构4~5岁儿童共132人,在核黄素摄入不同水平时,进行全血谷胱甘肽还原酶活性系数(BGRAC)、24小时尿核黄素排出量及负荷尿核黄素排出量测定,结果表明,在进行群体核黄素营养状况评价时,三项指标之间以及与核黄素摄入量之间相关显著且合理,三者可以达到一致结果。但是,BGRAC比尿核黄素排出量变异小,更为灵敏和准确,在进行核黄素营养状况评价时,尤其是在进行个体评价时,BGRAC应作为首选指标,尿核黄素排出量应谨慎使用。本文同时提出了上述三项指标进行4~5岁儿童核黄素营养评价时的参考界值。
A total of 132 children aged 4 to 5 years were enrolled in three full-time care institutions.
