本文在调查多个电站冷凝管使用情况的基础上,将冷凝管早损时间界限定为三年并将早损类型分为二种。第一种类型是:冷凝管刚开始使用时就有相当一部份冷凝管早损,但过后损坏率递减,产生原因有四种;1.冷凝管有内在缺陷,2.管内壁残存有害膜或碳膜,3.运行初期管内有沉积物沉积,4.冷却水中含沙量高引起沙蚀。第二种类型是开始三年内就有大量损坏率,年损坏率接近5%,并日趋严重,这是由于冷却水质所致。文章还针对不同类型的早损,提出了不同的防止办法。
Based on the investigation of the usage of condenser tubes in several power stations, the paper defines the period of premature loss of condenser tubes as three years and divides the types of premature failure into two types. The first type is: the beginning of the use of the condenser when there is a considerable part of the premature loss of the condenser, but after the deterioration of the rate of decline, there are four reasons; 1. Condensed tubes have defects, 2. Tubular wall residual harmful film Or carbon film, 3 deposit deposition in the tube during the initial run, 4 high concentration of sand in the cooling water causes sand erosion. The second type is the first three years there is a large number of damage rates, the annual damage rate of nearly 5%, and worse, due to cooling water quality. The article also aimed at different types of premature loss, put forward different ways to prevent it.
