语文教师的实践素养是一种综合的素养,是理论与实践密切结合的体现,是与学生语文学习、社会实际紧密联系的。教师实践素养的发挥要以训练学生的语文能力为目标。教师实践素养的发挥将使小学语文教师由一个讲授者变成一个语文学习环境创造者,由一个课堂资源的提供者,变成一个实践方法的指导者。
The practical accomplishment of Chinese teachers is a comprehensive literacy, a manifestation of the close combination of theory and practice, which is closely linked with the students’ language learning and social reality. Teachers ’practical literacy should be targeted at training students’ language proficiency. Teachers’ practical accomplishments will transform primary language teachers from a lecturer into a creator of Chinese learning environment from a classroom resource provider to a mentor of practical methods.
