Keeping pace with the global trend of technological development and industrial change, we should promote the industrial transformation and upgrading through innovation, accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system based on high-tech industries, service-oriented economy, advanced manufacturing and modern agriculture. By “deciding” the demands of the modern industrial system, we can clearly feel that in the construction of Ningbo’s modern industrial system, innovation-driven will be the top priority.
