随着柴油机燃油喷射系统高速、高压化而出现的燃油空蚀(穴蚀)问题,致使燃油系统流量特性及柴油机性能恶化、主要零部件可靠性及耐久性下降。本文以实用多孔喷油嘴为研究对象,采用试验方法来探讨喷嘴结构型式、喷孔状况、燃油流动状况等与燃油在多孔喷油嘴内空蚀特性的关系,为提高燃油喷射系统的耐久性和可靠性,确立设计、加工、评价等方面作些基础性的试验研究工作。

In this paper, the practical porous nozzle as the research object, the use of test methods to explore the nozzle structure, nozzle status, fuel flow conditions and the relationship between the fuel in the porous nozzle cavitation erosion characteristics, in order to improve the fuel injection system durability And reliability, establish the design, processing, evaluation and so on for some basic experimental research.
