针对调水工程对生态环境产生累积效应的问题,从累积影响因子、途径和效果三方面介绍了累积效应的特征,阐述了时间和空间累积效应产生的原因和表现方式,分析了南水北调东线工程13个梯级抽水泵站建设运行造成输水渠道的径流、水温、水质、泥沙和水生动植物等方面的累积效应,并剖析了这五个方面的累积规律和机理,为生态水文调控决策提供了理论支撑。
In view of the cumulative effect of water diversion project on the ecological environment, this paper introduces the characteristics of cumulative effect from three aspects of cumulative impact factors, ways and effects, elaborates the causes and manifestations of the cumulative effects of time and space, analyzes the East Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project The cumulative effects of runoff, water temperature, water quality, sediment and aquatic animals and plants of the water conveyance channels caused by the construction and operation of 13 cascade pumping stations have been analyzed. The cumulative rules and mechanisms of these five aspects have been analyzed and provided for the eco-hydrological regulation and decision-making Theoretical support.
