服务型制造是制造业与服务业融合发展的新制造模式,正成为引领制造业转型升级的重要力量。服务型制造项目的治理效率对提升企业竞争力,增强企业核心能力起着关键作用。基于全生命周期理论,结合文献和问卷调查分阶段研究影响服务型制造项目治理机制选择的关键因子,以及关键因子与绩效之间的关系。结果表明,在研发设计阶段,合作伙伴参与度和合同订立严密性对缩短研发周期、降低研发成本以及提高研发满意度方面存在显著影响;在生产制造阶段,伙伴信息沟通反馈、项目进度严格控制、有效质量标准以及风险预防措施等因素对增强伙伴合作关系和降低制造成本有显著影响;在销售服务阶段,订立严格的销售服务指标和提高客户需求响应度,对绩效指标完成和增强伙伴利益满足度有显著影响。这些影响因素的量化分析结果为服务型制造项目治理提供参考。
