提高创新能力的一个重要因素是推动创造,有意识地把有创造力、有创新天赋的员工挑选出来,这样能形成更多的创造力。这里可以对某些人的行为习惯宽容一点,或许他们有点不合传统,不过,需要把真正有创造力的人和毫无用处的头脑怪异的人区分开来——虽然这并不容易。如果想要促进创新和创造,就应当尽力避免让创新受到阻碍。差不多20年前,雀巢前CEO毛赫尔出版过一本书,书名是《匿名的创造》,其中列出了以下10条很有杀伤力的行为阻碍着创造力的发挥:
