当前,正值企业第二期承包起步的关键时刻,而企业生产经营又面临不少困难。二期承包能否进行?如何进行?企业承包合同绝大多数将于今年底到期的襄樊市绎济主管部门认为,下期承包能否顺利实施,最基本的一条是企业持何种态度。据此,市经委对企业第二期承包进行了初步摸底测算。测算采取企业自选形式、企业自报年限、企业自提基数的方式进行。在57户预算内企业中,实际测算了46户,大型、中型、小型都有,包括机械、冶金、电子、化工、轻工、纺织、建材、医药等行业。通过预算,提供了搞好下期承包的基础数据,特别是反映了当前生产经营严峻形势下企业的基本心
At present, it is a critical moment for the start-up of the second phase of the enterprise’s contracting, and the production and operation of the enterprise face many difficulties. Whether the second-phase contract can be carried out and how it can be implemented? The vast majority of the company’s contractual contracts will be decided by the Xiangfan City Responsibility Authority at the end of this year. The most fundamental one is the attitude of the company. Based on this, the Municipal Economic Commission conducted a preliminary calculation of the company’s second contract. The measures are taken in the form of enterprise self-selection, self-reporting period, and the company’s self-reporting basis. Among the 57 enterprises in the budget, 46 were actually measured. Large-scale, medium-sized, and small-scale enterprises all include the industries of machinery, metallurgy, electronics, chemicals, light industry, textiles, building materials, and pharmaceuticals. Through the budget, it provides basic data for the next phase of contracting, and in particular reflects the basic heart of the company under the current severe situation of production and operation.
