目的对护理措施应用于老年人心血管疾病护理中的效果进行分析探讨。方法将本院在2014-2016年收治的不同类型心血管疾病的老年患者共计120例作为临床研究对象,将患者随机分为两组:观察组与对照组,每组患者有60例。观察组患者实施综合的护理措施,对照组患者实施常规的护理模式,比较两组患者的治疗与恢复效果。结果对照组总有效率显著低于观察组,观察组患者的平均住院时间、临床症状消失的时间都要比对照组的时间短,经比较,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理模式应用在老年心血管疾病的护理工作中,取得了显著的效果,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing measures applied to elderly patients with cardiovascular disease care. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with different types of cardiovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from 2014 to 2016 were selected as the clinical study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group, with 60 patients in each group. Patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing interventions, and patients in the control group were given regular nursing care. The treatment and recovery effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group. The average length of stay in the observation group and the disappearance of the clinical symptoms were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing model is applied to the nursing of elderly cardiovascular diseases and has achieved remarkable results. It is worth to be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
