GB15 0标准中规定 :“低温容器用钢的冲击试验温度应低于或等于壳体或其受压元件的最低设计温度”。当容器的最低设计温度为 - 196℃时 ,实际的低温冲击试验温度无法实现低于或等于- 196℃的要求。本文经分析论证了多项影响因素 ,提出了对GB15 0标准该检测项目试验温度的修改意见
