“尊重的教育”是由东北师范大学在对我国教育现状进行充分研究的情况下提出的一种教师教育的导向思想和教育精神。而学前教育是对学龄前儿童进行系统教育的教育,对儿童智力发育、性格养成和心理健康都有很大益处。从“尊重的教育”理念角度观察我国学前教育改革与发展,发现存在政府职责不明确、政府投入少重视程度低、发展滞后且地区不均衡、师资缺乏与硬件落后、教育模式落后和学前教育“市场化”现象严重等问题。针对以上问题,遵循“尊重的教育”理念,提出政府加快学前教育立法和将学前教育纳入义务教育、出台相关政策和鼓励局部地区建立民营学前教育机构、加大政府资金投入、构建学前教育教师培训体系和加大学前教育宣传等合理化的建议与对策。
“Respect education ” is a kind of guiding thought and educational spirit of teacher education proposed by Northeast Normal University under the condition of fully studying the current situation of education in our country. Pre-school education, on the other hand, provides systematic education to preschool-age children and has great benefits to children’s intellectual development, personality development and mental health. Observing the reform and development of preschool education in our country from the perspective of “Respect education ”, it is found that the existence of government responsibilities is not clear, the government has paid less attention, the development lags behind and the area is unbalanced, the teachers are lagging behind and the hardware is backward, the education mode is backward and preschool Education “market-oriented ” phenomenon is serious and other issues. In view of the above problems, following the concept of “Respect Education”, the government proposed to speed up the pre-school education legislation and include preschool education in compulsory education, promulgate relevant policies and encourage private preschool education institutions in some areas, increase government funding and build pre-school education Teacher training system and to increase pre-school education and other rationalization proposals and countermeasures.
