横向施工接缝是钢桥面铺装的薄弱环节,文章合适的接缝设计对于提高其质量具有重要意义。首先采用3-DFEM工具包分析了钢桥面铺装不同斜截面的应力状态,然后通过复合梁疲劳试验考察了接缝对沥青铺装层抗疲劳性能的影响,结合理论分析结果估算了横向施工接缝的疲劳寿命,并完成了对横缝的设计。结果表明,横向接缝削弱了铺装层的疲劳寿命,不同位置、不同倾角的接缝其工作状况存在显著差别,低温状况是横向施工缝的控制工况。对于苏通大桥,当不得不设置横向施工缝时,应采用倾角为60°的斜接缝,接缝宜设置在两相邻横隔板的中间。
Lateral joint construction is the weak link of steel bridge deck pavement. The proper joint design of the article is of great significance to improve its quality. Firstly, the stress state of different cross-sections of steel bridge deck pavement was analyzed by 3-DFEM tool kit. Then the influence of joints on the fatigue resistance of asphalt pavement layer was investigated by the fatigue test of composite beam. Based on the theoretical analysis results, Seam fatigue life, and completed the design of transverse joints. The results show that the transverse joints weaken the fatigue life of the pavement, and the working conditions of the seams with different positions and inclinations have significant differences. The low temperature condition is the control condition of the transverse construction joints. For Sutong Bridge, when it is necessary to set up horizontal construction joints, a slant joint angle of 60 ° should be adopted. The joint should be set in the middle of two adjacent horizontal bulkheads.
