从科学方法论视角看，课题选择是科学研究的首要任务，而科学问题辨析是课题选择的基础，因此探讨科学问题辨析的有关问题，无论从丰富发展科学问题学和科学方法论的视角看，还是从强化提高科学研究的自觉性和目的性角度讲，都是必要的、有意义的。本文提出并分析了科学问题辨析的理论依据，探讨了科学问题辨析的程序和方法，最后指出了科学问题辨析的意义和注意事项。
