1979～1985年,应用沪产TX—23型透析仪行血液透析治疗60人共作1120欢。58例用动静脉外瘘管透析,2例采用内瘘管法。 透析指征:1.急性肾衰具有下述一项者,血尿素氮>28.56mmol/L;血肌酐>530.4μmol/L;血钾>6.5mmolL;临床出现高血压、肺水肿或神经精神症状。2.慢性肾衰血肌酐清除率<10ml/min。3.药物中毒深昏迷者。
