采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈-水(体积比68∶32)为流动相,使用以ZORBA80A Extend-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在240nm波长下对试样中的咯菌腈和苯醚甲环唑同时进行分离和定量分析。在选定的色谱条件下,有效成分及未知物能得到有效分离,并能获得较好的检测结果。测得咯菌腈、苯醚甲环唑的线性相关系数为0.9997、0.9996;标准偏差为0.0481、0.0662;变异系数为2.26%、2.83%;回收率分别为98.45%~100.06%、98.67%~100.11%。
Using high performance liquid chromatography with acetonitrile-water (68:32 by volume) as the mobile phase, using a stainless steel column packed with ZORBA80A Extend-C18 and 5μm as a filler and a diode array detector, Fludioxonil and difenoconazole were isolated and quantified simultaneously. Under the selected chromatographic conditions, effective components and unknowns can be effectively separated, and can obtain better test results. The linear correlation coefficients of fludioxonil and difenoconazole were 0.9997 and 0.9996, respectively. The standard deviations were 0.0481 and 0.0662. The coefficients of variation were 2.26% and 2.83%. The recoveries were 98.45% -100.06% and 98.67% -100.11, respectively %.
