研究了脉冲激光诱导液 -固界面反应制备亚稳态材料的反应机理 ,认为在制备亚稳态化合物的过程中存在以下三个反应过程 :(Ⅰ )脉冲激光与液-固界面作用产生大量的蒸发物 ;(Ⅱ )脉冲激光与蒸发物进一步作用产生等离子体 ;(Ⅲ )等离子体相互作用以及快速淬灭生成亚稳态材料
The mechanism of pulsed laser-induced liquid-solid interfacial reaction to prepare metastable materials was studied. It is believed that there are three reaction processes in the process of preparing metastable compounds: (Ⅰ) The pulsed laser and the liquid-solid interface produce a large amount of Evaporates; (II) further interaction of pulsed laser with evaporite to produce plasma; (III) plasma interaction and rapid quenching to generate metastable material
