依据《教育部关于推进学校艺术教育发展的若干意见》(教体艺[2014]1号)等相关文件精神,2015年开始对中小学生进行艺术素质测评,并将测评结果正式纳入初、高中升学考试成绩。由于普通中小学音乐学科的教育教学历来没有统考统测这一概念,因此如何抓住这一契机,制定应有的评价机制,发挥学科评价的诊断、激励和完善功能,通过统一测试来进一步凸显音乐学科教学特征、规范学科教学行为,并引导学生真正走进音乐、感受音乐、喜爱音乐、享受音乐,从而形成优秀公民所不可缺的应有素养,是每一位有责任感的音乐教师都在思考的问题。本文作者就这一问题阐述自己的观点和做法,希望能够引起同仁们的思考和共鸣。
