办公楼位于公司原有厂房西面,在两条干道的转角,面对着电视塔和奥林匹克体育场。建筑物由三部份组成,即低层的公共和辅助部份,矗立在上面的高层办公部份,以及碗状的陈列馆。公共和辅助部份是一个低矮而狭长的体量,沿着一条干道布置。里面设门厅和各种餐厅,电子计算机房和程序设计室,还有印刷所和电话交换室等服务设施。这一部份的首层,入口前面有大片平台,东面是陈列馆,西面是停车场;平台下面的半地下层也是停车场,总共能停车1500多辆。矗立在低层体量上的办公部份高22
The office building is located in the west of the company’s original factory building, facing the television tower and the Olympic Stadium at the corners of the two main roads. The building consists of three parts, namely the public and auxiliary parts of the lower floor, the high-rise office part that stands above, and the bowl-shaped exhibition hall. The public and auxiliary parts are a low and narrow body, arranged along a main road. It has a lobby and various restaurants, an electronic computer room and a programming room, as well as printing facilities and a telephone exchange room. On the first floor of this section, there are a large number of platforms in front of the entrance, a museum in the east and a parking lot in the west; the semi-basement below the platform is also a parking lot, and a total of more than 1,500 vehicles can be parked.
