目的:建立鱼腥草的生物检定法。方法:通过鱼腥草参照药材对敏感菌株的剂量效应曲线,构建适用于鱼腥草的生物检定法的效应模式。结果:当鱼腥草的浓度在0.051g/m l~0.305g/m l时,鱼腥草的对数剂量和反应效应的线性关系良好(r=0.9842)。结论:对鱼腥草药材进行生物检定,方法可行。
Objective: To establish a bioassay method for Houttuynia cordata. METHODS: The effect model of the bioassay method for Houttuynia cordata was constructed by the dose-response curve of the reference material of Houttuynia cordata against sensitive strains. Results: The linear relationship between logarithmic dose and response of Houttuynia cordata was good when the concentration of Houttuynia cordata was between 0.051g/ml and 0.305g/ml (r=0.9842). Conclusion: The method of bioassay for the fish and herbs is feasible.
