采用单个性信息素腺体分析技术对棉褐带卷叶蛾安徽种群 6个不同日龄 ,雌蛾性信息素二元组分进行了定量分析。结果表明各日龄组雌蛾的性信息素含量差异显著 (P<0 .0 1) ,随着雌蛾日龄的增加 ,性信息素含量呈现由低到高 ,再由高到低的变化曲线。二元组分中 Z- 11- 14 :Ac的比例具有较狭窄的个体变异范围(CV% =6 .4 3) ;而 Z- 9- 14 :Ac的 CV% =15.91。羽化当天和 1天的雌蛾性信息素中 Z- 9- 14 :Ac的平均比例 ,比其它 4个日龄组约小 5% ;Z- 11- 14 :Ac的平均比例相应大 5%左右
A single sex pheromone gland analysis technique was used to quantitatively analyze the sex pheromone binary components of six different days of age and female moth in Anhui population. The results showed that the sex pheromone content of each age group was significantly different (P <0.01), with the increase of the female’s age, the sex pheromone content showed low to high, then from high to low changes curve. The ratio of Z-11-14: Ac in the binary fraction has a narrower range of individual variability (CV% = 6.34); and Z-9-14: Ac CV% = 15.91. The average proportion of Z-9-14: Ac in female moth sex pheromone on the day of eclosion and one day was about 5% less than that in the other 4-day-old groups. The average proportion of Z-11-14: Ac was about 5%
