企业建立兼职培训师队伍,对弥补专职培训师师资不足,拓宽培训师来源渠道,改善培训师队伍结构,提高培训针对性和培训质量,盘活企业内部人力资源具有重要意义。本文从兼职培训师选聘条件、激励机制、管理机制等方面,对企业如何做好兼职培训师队伍建设提出了几点建议。
