目的:研究Gyne Fix In宫内节育器的效果。方法:对85例放置Gyne Fix In宫内节育器进行1 a随访,并与Tcu220c宫内节育器进行不良反应比较。结果:Gyne Fix In宫内节育器在妊娠率、脱落率及因症取出率均优于Tcu220c(P<0.01)。结论:Gyne Fix In宫内节育器是一种设计合理、避孕率高、脱落率低、使用安全的新型宫内节育器。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Gyne Fix In IUD. Methods: Eighty-five Gyne Fix In IUDs were followed up for 1 year and compared with Tcu220c IUD. Results: Gyne Fix In IUDs were superior to Tcu220c in pregnancy rate, exfoliation rate and removal rate (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The Gyne Fix In IUD is a new type of IUD with reasonable design, high contraception rate, low exfoliation rate and safe use.
