目的:建立清热解毒片质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对清热解毒片中的金银花、栀子、龙胆进行定性鉴别;同时采用HPLC测定制剂中黄芩苷的含量。结果:薄层斑点清晰,专属性强。含量测定中黄芩苷在10.14～202.72μg·ml~(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8;平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.66%。结论:建立的方法简便可行,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Qingrejiedu tablets. Methods: The TLC method was used to qualitatively identify honeysuckle, gardenia and gentian in Qingrejiedu tablets. The content of baicalin in the preparation was determined by HPLC at the same time. Results: Thin spots clear, specific and strong. The content of baicalin in the range of 10.14 ~ 202.72μg · ml ~ (-1) showed a good linear relationship, r = 0.999 8; the average recovery was 99.3% with a RSD of 0.66%. Conclusion: The established method is simple and feasible, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
