随着信息技术的不断发展,广播电视也逐渐朝着数字电视技术去发展,我国的大部分电视台以及影视机构都开始运行数字化广播电视节目。信号的安全性能会对广播电视节目产生一定的影响,尤其是出现在播出过程中遭到信号干扰,出现插播或者破坏节目的现象越来越多,因此,广播电视的安全监测也越来越被重视。但随着数字音频的产生,检测工作的难度也因此增加,广播电视节目更加需要一种能够对数字音频进行实时检测分析的自动报警检测系统。
With the continuous development of information technology, radio and television are gradually moving towards the development of digital television technology. Most of the television stations in our country and the film and television organizations have started to run digital radio and television programs. The safety of signals can have some impact on the radio and television programs. In particular, there are more and more signals that appear in the broadcast process, such as signal interruption, intrusion or destruction of programs. Therefore, the safety monitoring of radio and television is getting more and more emphasized. However, with the development of digital audio, the difficulty of detection increases. Radio and television programs need an automatic alarm detection system capable of real-time detection and analysis of digital audio.
