我国技术市场的发展几十年来，从无到有，从小到大，发展很快，但仍存在着起点低，发育程度不足的缺陷。本文通过对国外技术市场生产和发展过程的回顾和我国技术市场的状况分析，设计出测度我国技术市场发育程度的有关指标，并在此基础上，对我国１９７９－１９９５年间技术市场化程度进行测度，针对我国技术市场发育过程中存在的问题，提出了促进我国技术市场健康发展的对策和建议
In recent decades, the development of China’s technology market has grown from scratch, from small to large, with rapid development. However, there are still some shortcomings such as low starting point and insufficient development. Based on the review of the process of production and development of foreign technology market and the analysis of the status of China’s technology market, this paper designs some indexes to measure the degree of development of China’s technology market. On this basis, it measures the degree of technology marketization in China from 1979 to 1995 In view of the problems existing in the development of China’s technology market, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the healthy development of China’s technology market
