2015年,“县域农村教学点‘1+N’教学教研模式研究”的课题提出并通过了省市立项评审。召集部分教学点所涉学区校长开会研究教学点教学教研模式问题,下乡听评课,鼓励并指导教学点教师进行大胆实践和探索成为经常之事。目标是:通过大胆实践探索,形成具有教师自身特色的“1个老师和N各学生”(“N”一般小于10而大于“1”)的有效教学模式。教学点多为一至三年级,学生年龄小,好游戏。故
In 2015, the project of “1 + N teaching and researching model of rural county teaching points” was put forward and approved by provincial and municipal projects. Called part of the teaching point of the school district principals to study the teaching point of teaching and research model problems, listen to the countryside to the class, encourage and guide the teaching point for teachers to practice bold and explore become commonplace. The goal is to create an effective teaching model with “1 teacher and N students” (“N”, generally less than 10 and greater than “1”) with the teacher’s own characteristics through bold practice and exploration.
