主要研究了Mo-Nb合金棒材的热挤压和热锻工艺,并分析了加工后棒材的显微组织和密度变化。结果表明,Mo-Nb合金棒材在挤压比3.45~6.76挤压后并锻造所获得的准20 mm的棒料,材料相对密度可以达到99%以上。当挤压比为6.76时,棒料内部组织均匀性和晶粒破碎程度最好。
The hot extrusion and hot forging process of Mo-Nb alloy bar were mainly studied. The microstructure and density of the bar were analyzed. The results show that the relative density of Mo-Nb alloy bars can reach more than 99% after being extruded at a compression ratio of 3.45 ~ 6.76 and forging the obtained standard 20 mm bars. When the extrusion ratio is 6.76, the internal organization of the bar and the degree of grain crushing the best.
