一、前言我国的科学研究机关及工厂学校,在试用及试验园弧齿轮方面,取得了一定的经验,积累了许多可贵的资料。在库氏IV型原始齿形的基础上作了某些修改,提出了61型的原始齿形,得到了较好的效果,对减速器提出了若干系列化的方案,并加以试用及推广,取得良好的效果,为比较广泛地采用园柱园弧齿轮铺平了道路,为祖国的社会主义事业的迅速发展,尽量地发挥它的优越性,提供了可靠的基础。就在园柱园弧齿轮系列化中,由于考虑的角度不同,还有些不同的见解。其中有齿数和Z_C及螺旋角β不同大小的规定;法面模数m_n与中心距A比值的争论;以及40进位制还是50进位制的讨论等。所有这些内容,在系列化中都是相互联系的统一正体,绝不能只顾其一而忽视其他。基本原始齿形的选择,由过去实践的经验已知,选择的恰当与否,很
I. Preface China’s scientific research institutes and factories and schools have gained some experience in trial and test of park arc gears and have accumulated many valuable materials. Some modifications have been made on the basis of the original type IV of Cummings, the original tooth profile of type 61 has been put forward, and good results have been obtained. A series of serialized schemes for the gear reducer have been proposed and tried out and popularized. Achieved good results and paved the way for the wider adoption of circular arc garden gears, which provided a reliable foundation for the rapid development of the socialist cause in the motherland and maximizing its superiority. In the Garden Park arc gear serialization, due to different perspectives, there are some different opinions. Among them are the number of teeth and Z_C and the angle β of different sizes; the relationship between the mode surface m_n and the center distance A; and whether the 40-bit system or the 50-bit system are discussed.
