目的:比较神经反应遥测和行为听力测试两者阈值的差异,探讨神经反应遥测所得阈值对小幼儿言语处理器编程调试的指导价值。方法:比较9例接受Nucleus24型人工耳蜗植入患儿共69个电极的神经反应遥测和行为听力测试的阈值,对所得结果进行t检验。结果:神经反应遥测阈值与行为听力测试阈值比较有统计学差异(P<0.01),前者比后者大约高12电流级(currentlevel)。结论:神经反应遥测阈值可大致预估实际的行为听力测试阈值。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the differences between the thresholds of neurological reaction telemetry and behavioral audiometry, and to explore the guiding value of neurological telemetry threshold to the programming and debugging of small speech processor. Methods: The thresholds of neurological telemetry and behavioral hearing tests were compared among nine patients with Nucleus type 24 cochlear implantation in a total of 69 electrodes. The results were compared by t-test. Results: There was a significant difference (P <0.01) between the threshold of neurological reaction telemetry and behavioral hearing test, the former was about 12 higher than the latter. CONCLUSIONS: Nerve-response telemetry thresholds can roughly predict the actual behavioral hearing test thresholds.
