一、前言一九七二年我国应英国机床制造商协会的邀请,中国机械工程学会曾派参观小组去英国参观一九七二年英国奥林匹亚(Olympia)国际机床展览会,会上看到了一台“Dualform”双动液压机.这台压机本身能够铸制低熔合金模具,然后用来冲压薄板,很适合航空、汽车、拖拉机和仪表等行业.按照毛主席关于“独立自主、自力更生”和“洋为中用”的教导,并根据我国实际情况,一机部把这一任务下达给我所,并会同上海材料所、天津锻压机床厂共同完成这一任务. 课题的任务包括四个部分:低熔合金的研究,自铸低熔合金模工艺试验、自铸模双动液
