[目的]正确掌握高千伏摄片条件,提高胸片的质量。[方法]对2009年11月3~5日所拍摄的383张X线胸片曝光时间、摄片千伏值和降级原因进行分析。[结果]383张X线胸片中,一级片占36.8%,二级片占52.7%,可用于尘肺病初诊的占89.6%;而三级以下的降级主要是(偏黑)由于摄片条件失当所致。[结论]定标千伏值125kV,胸厚21~25 cm,摄片曝光时间在0.032~0.008 s间基本正确,但应注意对不同胸厚和胸形者在曝光时间或千伏值上的微调,并加强与体检对象的配合等,才能进一步提高胸片质量。
[Objective] To master the condition of high-KV radiography and improve the quality of chest radiograph. [Methods] The exposure time of 383 radiographs of chest X-ray film, the value of kilovoltage of radiograph and the reason of degradation were analyzed on November 3 ~ 5, [Results] Among the 383 X-ray films, 36.8% of the first grade films, 52.7% of the second-grade films and 89.6% of the first-grade of the pneumoconiosis patients. The degradation of the third grade was mainly due to the black Due to improper conditions. [Conclusion] The calibrated KV value of 125 kV and the thoracic thickness of 21-25 cm are basically correct for radiograph exposure time of 0.032-0.008 s, but attention should be paid to the exposure time or kilovoltage value of different thoracic thickness and chest type Fine-tuning, and strengthen the object with the physical examination, etc., in order to further improve the quality of the chest.
