高精度内外圆磨床是获得高质量圆柱、圆锥形表面的一种重要加工设备,然而恰当的工艺方法和工艺参数也是十分重要的。笔者在应用上海市机床研究所研制的HS—026型主轴回转精度分析仪,对上海机床厂生产的MG1432A型高精度内外圆磨床,工件主轴(头架)作测试分析中得到了一些有益的启示,现详述如下。一、概述该机床工作台具有极好的纵向驱动液压系统调速性能,笔者曾测到最低移动速度为40μm/min而无爬行现象,这就使砂轮的高质量修正和工件超低进给纵磨很容易实现。
