现场聚合堵水系统(HEA/TCFRI凝胶系统)成功地应用于北海Ula油田的高温高产油井的堵水作业。双管分注配合实时井下温度和压力监测有助于凝胶系统的合理充填。井底温度控制减小了高温凝胶充填的风险。现场试验结果表明,封堵目的层减产明显,获得了显著的经济效益。
On-site polymerized plugging system (HEA / TCFRI gel system) was successfully applied in the plugging operation of high temperature and high production wells in the Ula field of the North Sea. Double tube dispensing with real-time downhole temperature and pressure monitoring contributes to the proper filling of the gel system. Bottomhole temperature control reduces the risk of high temperature gel packing. Field test results show that the target layer closure significantly reduced production, access to significant economic benefits.
