针对煤矿井下电缆隧道中电缆故障时温度上升及电流、电压发生变化的情况,设计了以32位ARM芯片LPC2292为核心控制器,对电流、电压进行检测,同时采用数字温度传感器进行温度检测,外扩显示、通讯模块的煤矿井下电缆隧道超温预警与故障定位系统。文中介绍了系统的硬件技术方案,软件的编写上以源码开放的μ/COS-II实时操作系统作为软件平台,划分了具体的任务等级。该系统的实施,能够实现电缆在线故障定位,有效地保证煤矿的安全生产。
Aiming at the situation of temperature rise and current and voltage changes in the cable tunnel of coal mine underground, a 32-bit ARM chip LPC2292 is designed as the core controller to detect the current and voltage.
