目的 :探讨两型糖尿病人血浆肿瘤坏死因子 - α(TNF- α)水平的变化。方法 :选取正常对照 (正常组 )、 1型糖尿病(DM1组 )和 2型糖尿病 (DM2组 )共 3组研究对象 ,再将 2型糖尿病组按体质量指数 (BMI) <2 5的编为 DM2 a组 ,≥ 2 5的编为 DM2 b组 ;用酶联免疫法 (EL ISA)测定各组的 TNF- α水平并比较。结果 :正常对照组血浆 TNF- α为 (0 .90±0 .0 7) μg/L,1型糖尿病组为 (0 .86± 0 .0 6 ) μg/L,与正常组比较无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;2型糖尿病组中 BMI<2 5者为 (1.0 2± 0 .2 8) μg/L,比正常组升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,BMI≥ 2 5者为 (2 .2 3± 0 .41) μg/L,与正常组比显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,与 BMI<2 5者比 ,两者差异亦有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :2型糖尿病人血浆 TNF- α水平显著高于正常人和 1型糖尿病人 ,并与肥胖有一定的关系。
Objective: To investigate the changes of plasma tumor necrosis factor - α (TNF - α) in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: Three groups of subjects from normal control group (DM1 group) and DM2 group (DM2 group) were enrolled in this study. Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (BMI) <2.5 were enrolled as DM2 a group, ≥ 25 for the DM2 b group; enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (EL ISA) determination of TNF-α levels in each group and compared. Results: The plasma levels of TNF-α in normal control group were (0.90 ± 0.0 7) μg / L and those in type 1 diabetes group were (0.86 ± 0.60) μg / L, respectively, which were not different from those in normal group P> 0.05). In type 2 diabetic patients, the BMI <2.5 was (1.02 ± 0.28) μg / L higher than that in normal subjects (P <0.05) (2.23 ± 0.41) μg / L, which was significantly higher than that of the normal group (P <0.01), but also significantly lower than that of the BMI <2.5 (P < 0 .0 1). Conclusion: The level of TNF-α in type 2 diabetic patients is significantly higher than that in normal subjects and type 1 diabetic patients, and has a certain relationship with obesity.
