将膨润土湿型砂和CO2水玻璃砂分别进行机械法再生,再按不同比例混合,用CO2水玻璃工艺研究了再生砂的主要工艺性能.研究结果表明,膨润土再生砂对CO2水玻璃再生砂的影响不大,随着膨润土再生砂比例的增加,混合再生砂的终强度缓慢降低,而800℃的残留强度急剧下降.
The bentonite wet sand and CO2 water glass sand were respectively mechanically regenerated and then mixed in different proportions. The main technological performance of recycled sand was studied with CO2 water glass process. The results show that bentonite reclaimed sand has little effect on reclaimed sand of CO2 water glass. With the increase of bentonite reclaimed sand, the final strength of mixed reclaimed sand slowly decreases, while the residual strength of reclaimed sand decreases sharply at 800 ℃.
