临床科室护士人力资源不足一直是各个医院都面临的严峻问题。如何缓解临床护士人力资源短缺,实现人力资源的优化配置,机动护士库的组建和科学、合理的配置与管理就显得尤为重要。本文从机动护士库人员的组建类型、选拔方式和条件、工作职责、配置比与管理、培训、绩效考核几个方面进行综述,为在新形势下合理配置与管理机动护士库提供参考依据。
The lack of human resources in clinical departments and nurses has always been a serious problem for all hospitals. How to relieve the shortage of human resources in clinical nurses and to optimize the allocation of human resources, the establishment of a mobile nurse library and its scientific and rational allocation and management are particularly important. This article summarizes the types, selection methods and conditions, job responsibilities, allocation ratio and management, training and performance appraisal of the staff of the mobile nurse library in order to provide a reference for the rational allocation and management of the mobile nurse library in the new situation.
