目的了解贵港市消除碘缺乏病阶段目标后人群碘营养状况,为科学防治碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法按《全国碘缺乏病监测方案(试行)》随机抽查居民户食盐监测;按《2011年度广西碘缺乏病防治与监测方案》抽取县(市、区)、小学,开展学生尿碘、家庭户盐碘、甲状腺B超检查,并对抽中小学附近孕妇、哺乳妇女开展尿碘抽检,同时开展水碘抽检。结果 2011、2012年贵港市居民户盐碘中位数分别为33.76、27.80 mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率分别为100.00%、99.74%;8~10岁学生尿碘中位数为288μg/L,甲状腺肿大率为0.83%;孕妇、哺乳妇女尿碘中位数为139.5μg/L;水碘中位数为4.7μg/L,小于10μg/L者占78.06%。结论贵港市在居民户碘盐、学生尿碘、学生甲状腺肿大率方面巩固了消除碘缺乏病成果,但孕妇尿碘水平偏低,水碘水平偏低,表明贵港市属于低碘地区,今后仍需长期实行食盐加碘预防碘缺乏危害。
