应用优质焦和碳纤维沥青生产技术组合工艺,研究了从乙烯渣油生产碳素产品,如针状焦和碳纤维沥青的可能性。探讨了原料组成结构特点与热转化过程中乙烯装置渣油反应特性之间的关系,以及乙烯渣油不能直接生产针状焦的原因。提出了乙烯渣油首先经预处理过程,再进行焦化反应,可以得到低热膨胀系数的针焦。预处理过程得到的重质组分是碳纤维沥青。
The combination of high quality coke and carbon fiber asphalt production technology was used to study the possibility of producing carbon products from ethylene residuum, such as needle coke and carbon fiber pitch. The relationship between the structural characteristics of raw materials and the reaction characteristics of ethylene residue during thermal conversion was discussed, and the reason why ethylene residue could not produce needle coke directly was discussed. Proposed ethylene residue first pretreatment process, and then the coking reaction, you can get a low thermal expansion coefficient of the needle coke. The major component of the pretreatment process is carbon fiber pitch.
