在电力电子器件中,可关断晶闸管(GTO)除具有普通晶闸管(SCR)电流容量大、耐压高的特点外,还象功率晶体管(GTR)一样可关断,从使用上讲是比较方便的。但GTO由于制造困难、成本较高,如果使用不当就会造成较大的浪费。运用GTO保护专用芯片LNBK002可解决GTO使用中的问题。 LNBK002是一种应用于GTO脉冲逻辑的CMOS单片大规模电路。内部包括246个标准逻辑单元,约2000个MOS管。它可以对逆变系统产生的PWM信号进行必要的限制,并对与器件输出端相连的GTO的工作加以必要的保护,以保证GTO正常工作而不致受损。该器件可由输入相信号产生控
