目的了解肺炎对心功能的影响。方法建立幼鼠金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎模型。在离体灌流装置上进行左、右心室同时顺行灌流。每隔15分钟测定心功能指标。读取基础值(Omin)、15~135min 各时相点的心功能值。观察体外作功心脏的自然衰退过程。结果:1.与对照组相比,肺炎组较早地出现心功能衰退;2.在同一心脏中,右心室较左心室早出现功能减退。结论肺炎可缩短离体心脏的作功时间。这可能是肺炎时各种有害因素作用的结果。
Objective To understand the impact of pneumonia on cardiac function. Methods Establishment of a rat model of Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia. Left and right ventricles were simultaneously perfusioned on the isolated perfusion device. Measure cardiac function every 15 minutes. Read the basic value (Omin), 15 ~ 135min point of each heart function value. Observed in vitro work-heart natural decline process. Compared with the control group, the pneumonia group had an early decline of cardiac function; 2. In the same heart, the right ventricle appeared earlier than the left ventricle dysfunction. Conclusions Pneumonia can shorten the working time of isolated heart. This may be the result of various harmful factors in pneumonia.
